Nothing changes if nothing changes

It has been a few weeks since we posted, but we have been working on making the changes to our facility. We have had the opportunity to expand into an adjacent building while maintaining our current space. We have made significant progress and hope to be up and running with our new building within the next week. Making this jump with our academy is a "sac fly". We are hoping this ball is hit deep enough into the outfield to prepare,increase the knowledge of and the proper way to play baseball in our individual and team players. Slump?

Have you ever found yourself in a slump and can't figure out how to get yourself out? Whether you are in a slump or just ain't hitting, it's important to just keep swinging. Baseball is a mental sport and a game set up on failure. The biggest problem in a slump is the hitter's capability to overcome the mental aspect of the game. According to Yogi Berra, "you can't think and hit at the same time." A hitter tries to "fix" their mechanics and/or stance when they approach the plate. This, in turn, begins a never ending cycle of mental games. There are a few ways to help a hitter overcome their mental stagnation. Staying confident and believing in yourself are two important tools to always carry with you. Never approach a new at-bat with the failures of your past at-bats. Have the confidence that every at-bat is a new chance to succeed. "Believe in your greatness, because what you believe is what you become." -Udai Yadla

Falls Baseball Academy was founded in 2014 by three former high school baseball coaches - Scot Green, Kerry Hargrove, and Rob Johnson. FBA has grown steadily since its founding and currently serve both individual players and teams. We are presently offering group and individual lessons. Our academy has also joined partnership with Don Patty and the Premier Titans summer league baseball program. Feel free to come by and take a visit of our facility, but please excuse our mess. Due to increased growth in our youth programs and Premier Titans, we are currently in the process of expanding. We hope to complete our expansion by early February.
